I expect fireworks. Atwell looks raw and seems to be depending on a right hand up top. I don't think he has great footwork. If any trainer can devise a strategy to counter Atwell's right hand, it is Nacho Beristain who is in Gonzalez's corner. I'm expecting a stoppage.

The odds are likely too long to bet, but I expect Stevenson to make a statement. His left is one of boxing best punches. Since training with Emanuel Steward (RIP), Stevenson -- a puncher -- has learned how to have opponents walk into his left. Fonfara is front foot heavy and will likely do just that. He likes to mix it up. He also is not defensively gifted. And while Stevenson's chin remains an open question post Darnell Boone, I don't believe that Fonfara - who is more of a volume guy - has the one punch power to drill him. I also expect Fonfara to have a problem with Stevenson's lateral movement. Note too that the fight is in Stevenson's backyard -- at the Bell Centre in Montreal.

On a team with personality chemistry problems, he seems to be a guy teammates turn to in key moments. In Game 2, George got hit in the head and admits to having blurred vision thereafter. IMO he won't be himself for Game 3. Blurred vision is serious in hoops. George - whose game fell off badly following the accident - won't be able to slow LeBron or to contribute offensively as he won't have the balance to do so. Add in Chris Bosh's efforts to redeem himself after a bad first two games, with Miami's return home after an excellent fourth quarter in Game 2 and you have the makings of a Miami victory in Game 3. I believe the -300 is too low.

Without him, I believe the Thunder stand little chance against a Spur team that has a deep bench, with a perimeter defender -- K. Leonard -- who can slow down Durant and frustrate Russell Westbrook defensively. The line appears to be a casino mispricing given Ibaka's injury, the fact that the Spurs are better rested, have the experience that comes with being the Western Conference's defending champions, have the league's Coach of the Year and have home court advantage.

But . . . if you are intent on betting on Marcos Maidana, the best way to play him is to take the under 11.5 rounds @ +190. I don't believe Maidana can win by decision. His only chance is a stoppage. More importantly, I believe Mayweather has an outside shot at getting a stoppage -- as he is much faster and more fluid than Maidana. This prop lets you win if either Maidana or Mayweather gets the stoppage before the midway point of the 12th (last) round and pays you an almost 2 to 1 profit.
